Hi loves! This week we’re talking about the breakthrough.
What happens when we achieve a breakthrough in our emotional, personal, or spiritual growth journey?
This is the space when we enter the quantum leap, when we’re propelled forward into our future destiny. But how does it happen? And what can we do when we want to make it happen?
What I’ve learned from all of my continuous studying of spirituality and universal laws is that the answer often is the opposite of what we think it is.
If we strive forward, trying to force a breakthrough to propel us further forward, we will often be thrown backward instead. We are governed by the laws of polarity and rhythm, which will often propel us in the opposite direction from where we’re headed.
But here’s the thing. We can use these laws to our advantage.
Have you ever noticed how a breakthrough or a propulsion to success often is preceded by failure, suffering, or rock bottom? Often, those who hit the lowest of rock bottoms are the ones who then propel to the highest successes.
So, what does that mean for us? That when it’s our time, the universe will throw us to rock bottom, so that we can then propel forward?
Yes, that could absolutely happen. But alternatively, we can also volunteer for the experience.
Why would we volunteer to hit rock bottom? Why would we volunteer to experience pain or suffering or darkness?
Because when we volunteer for it, then we get to do it kind of on our own terms.
When we voluntarily go into our inner darkness, we are taking self-accountability for the shadows that exist within us, instead of waiting for them to get triggered bad enough that they come roaring out.
When we voluntarily push ourselves outside of our comfort zone, we can do it in a way that is satisfying, fulfilling, rewarding, or just less painful. For example, we can train to run a half-marathon, hike up steep trails to mountain peaks, develop a difficult skill or try uncomfortable experiences.
In this way, we are volunteering to be tested and triggered and broken out of our comfort zones, in a way that’s on our own terms rather than waiting for the universe to create the experience for us. We’re then able to create momentum in the pendulum that will then swing us into the breakthrough forward.

I love you and you’re beautiful, exactly as you truly are.
